Administrative Assistant

Would you like to put your administrative, customer service and computer skills to good use? Look no further we have the perfect temp to perm position that will allow you to use all of your skills. NetPLEA is looking for someone to perform Administrative duties as well as do collections.

Task will include but not limited to general office duties, taking care of collections, reviewing billing, handling invoice issues as well as any other duties as they are assigned. Must be persistent yet pleasant with customers and work well with other employees. Must be bilingual with a pleasant speaking voice for phone communication.

The following are great pluses:

Knowledge of the computer, MS Word and Excel
Very organized
Good CS skills

Position offers flex schedule and fabulous environment.

Collections Specialist I

Need a part-time (20-25 hours per week) person to keep up with collections for 3-4 small accounts. May have light customer service phone work. Must be persistent yet pleasant with customers and work well with other employees. Must be bilingual with a pleasant speaking voice for phone work. PC experience a plus.
